Received machine as per the specifications and in Good quality. And very helpful during the procurement process. Everything was good. But once I started the production, I came to know that the machine do not mark the required marking depth. I requested 0.2mm marking depth on Mild steel. It was said that this machine can cut 1mm SS sheet as well. But even after 40 cycles, the required depth cannot be achieved. So, the machine is not suitable for my production line. I was given the wrong details about the machine, otherwise, I could have ordered a higher-capacity machine. The issue is that they are not supporting me the upgrading this machine to a higher capacity or exchanging this machine with the higher capacity machine. That was very disappointing me.
